November 17th we will all be able to hear the full mastered new album “Battle Studies” from John Mayer…until then take a sneak peek at some of the raw tracks on YouTube. Here is the link to the new song “Taking On Water.”
Pretty bold move to let the unfinished work out, and a brilliant marketing move I must say! Check it out he has about 5 songs up, just posted them a week ago. Unfortunately none of the videos/songs are embeddable, but worth the visit if you’re a Mayer fan.
Breathe IN & Smile OUT,
I don’t know what trial or test your dealing with today, but I do know that our Creator & God is bigger than all of them put together. Our faith in Him is what will well up Hope within and carry us to the promises He has made for us. Don’t let your faith falter. Give glory to God and believe!
Against all odds, Abraham’s hope grew into full-fledged faith that he would turn out to be the father of many nations, just as God had promised when He said, “That’s how many your descendants will be.” His faith did not fail, although he was well aware that his impotent body, after nearly 100 years, was as good as dead and that Sarah’s womb, too, was dead.
In spite of all this, his faith in God’s promise did not falter. In fact, his faith grew as he gave glory to God because he was supremely confident that God could deliver on His promise. This is why , you see, God saw his faith and counted him as righteous; this is how he became right with God.
Quote for the Day:
“There’s a power in hope that goes beyond explanation. It lifts us out of the rubble of our failures, our pain, and our fear to rise above what at one point seemed insurmountable. Our ability to endure, to persevere, to overcome is fueled by this in seemingly innocuous ingredient called HOPE.” — Erwin McManus from the book “Soul Cravings”
